I removed tomatoes, olives and almonds, and added beets, red onion and grilled chicken.

    Very smart to remove olives and almonds as they can high hidden calories. However th olive oil and hummus with pita bread can easily jack up the count. Regardless id say with those ingredients and relative portion size (estimate by eye) id say about ~1300-1400 healthy calories. Great dinner!
