    Based on your first video, I know that as a “Lachha Paratha”. Try searching for that.

    Try Anjappar in Mississauga or Brampton. They have this kind of parotta. Malabar parotta

    fat choi in downtown has a great one. Kerela restaurants should have one too – Mr John’s real kerela kitchen has one too

    i recommend paratha from kairali or new kalyani

    trini/guyanese restaurants will do this flaky chewy style of paratha as well, it’s often called “buss up shut”
