Let’s make some steak and shrimp with a cowboy butter sauce that’s guaranteed to impress the whole family. This was so good. First things first, we’re going to season up our steaks with some kosher salt. And we’re going to dry brine these in the fridge for 8 hours. Fast forward 8 hours. We’re ready to prep our shrimp. We’re going to season these up. Give these a good mix. Then it’s into a hot pan. We’re going to sear both sides. Then we’re going to finish them in some butter. Once those are fully cooked, we’re going to start to build our sauce with some shallots, chives, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, worstersher sauce, dijon mustard, some more seasonings, and I added a bit of beeftock just to loosen everything up. Then we’re going to cook up our steaks. We’re going to give them a good sear. Then we’re going to let them finish indirect until they reach our desired dness. Then we’re going to let them rest.
