Frozen chicken, frozen onion and pepper mix, instant rice all cooked in sweet chilli, soy and Worcestershire sauce.
Sometimes I switch out the sauces for taco sauce or BBQ sauce

Since you make it so often you should get your own spices to make some homemade, will be a money saver and will drop sodium content. Invest in some good kitchen shears and Tupperware – cook a bunch of chicken breast once in awhile and portion in fridge and freezer. Look for sales on chicken breast and get as much as you can fit all at once. Broccoli, collard greens, spinach are good mild tasting healthy additions as well – your bowels will thank you. Mushrooms would go nicely too.
