Espresso tonics have become one of my favorite ways to enjoy coffee lately. The mix of bitterness, citrus, and bubbles always feels like the perfect balance.

I’m not entirely sure what a espresso tonic is but I love an iced Americano using lemon san pellegrino as the water.
