Caught in CA Ep. 20: Yellowtail Tartare – made with my spearfishing catch!

This is part 20 of my ongoing "Caught in California" catch & cook series. I traveled 100 miles offshore to catch this yellowtail and made this delicious tartare out of the frame scrapings, some juicy peach, and creamy avocado.
