Feedback/advice/suggestions welcome!! She isn’t super sour yet, but there is a sour taste. Not super gummy either. Just nice and soft and has a crispy crust. I tried to score for the first time and I guess I scored a little too deep on the wheat stalk and the ear?
I followed the recipe and process from this TikToker (@therealsourdoughmom) who made her sourdough loaf in eight hours. Only difference i made is I cut the recipe in half. https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZTMHKCNda/
Ingredients:
125g starter (made with unbleached all purpose flour and brita water)
362.5g warm water
12.5g salt
500g unbleached all purpose flour
