Just finished drying this past week, weighed everything just now. Average bag 250-320 grams dried. Fantastic year, a lot learned and improved upon. Total weight 10,410 grams plus little more outside still. Hope everyone killed it this year, we had excellent weather up in Toronto.

Very beautiful harvest my fellow Canadian friend 🇨🇦 ! If you ever have access to a smoker I very strongly suggest trying to smoke them a few hours before drying.

I’m imagining the worlds most out of shape cop standing next to a twenty year old tweaker looking cop proudly displaying this as their “major bust” lmao

That’ll fill the ‘ol pizza shaker.

I smoked and dried a bunch this year and it’s amazing. Made my first batch of chili and it was insanely good. I’ve also made a bunch of sauces with the smoked peppers and they’re so flavorful.

I just got the smoke tubes and pecan chips. All in all it cost me about $30 for the setup and I did it on my regular grill. Your house will smell like a BBQ restaurant for a few days but for me that’s a plus.

And now… people will get sick of you trying to give them peppers lol see if u can extract it ALL into one small vial or something completely random and sinister

  6. That’s going to last the rest of your life and next year there will be more….
