

I've been seeing posts about how amazing this recipe is and finally decided to try it myself!
The recipe is crazy customizable (sweet or savory) and has a decent amount of protein.
You can definitely make it more protein dense by adding protein powder or more egg whites and less calories by using only water.

I use it as a base and add greek yogurt and berries. It keeps me feeling satiated for hours. I feel like it's such a good hack for keeping hunger away!
