Crockpot spinach artichoke dip

Ingredients:
• 14 ounces fresh spinach, chopped
• 14 ounces artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
• 3 green onions
• 3 cloves garlic, sliced
• 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
• 1 package Boursin cheese
• 1 cup sour cream
• 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
• ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
• Red pepper flakes

Directions:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a 6-quart crockpot and stir to combine.
  2. Cover and cook on high for 1-11/2 hours, stirring a couple times.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips, veggies or crackers!
  4. Yum!
