Plain Nori gets used most in my kitchen, but I was raised on Katsuo and it’s probably my true favorite. Yasai when I’m in the mood, and Shiso once in a while.

Yuzu, but honestly I rotate through as many as I can

Salmon all the way. Not only is it delicious but it’s a vibrant pink too!
Related, how’s that kimchi flavor in the photo? Almost got it the other day but I have so many I talked myself out of it. Would you recommend it?
Plain or tamago.
Life hack. Sprinkle some on popcorn. Thanks, Hawai’i.
They make one that is Japanese vegetables that is very good too.
spicy sesame chili, the kyoto brand (i think Kyo Rayu?)
Salmon Furikake. Love that stuff.
Salmon 🍣
Kimchi/Wasabi, can’t decide.
That wasabi one there is awesome.
Nori-tamago 4 lyfe
Kim Chee
The salmon one is my fave. Any of the furikake I will put on salads, fries, curries….
Aji nori, keeping it simple
Spicy garlic, potato chips (spicy), gyudon, Kyoto chili oil.
Bonito furikake all the way, LOVE the little fish flakes, umami explosion
Ajishima is my favorite, but the one with Doraemon on it is good too, especially the one with masago
Wasabi is awesome!
I got some chili furikake & yuzu furikake at Nishiki last year and am out and miss it so much!
Katsuo is supreme. Great on rice, eggs, fries, savory pancakes, etc.
Yasai fumi is like crack to me
There’s a chili oil, garlic, and green onion one that I really love.
I really like the salmon one pictured, I’ve tried a noritamago that’s pretty good, and I have a katsuomirin one I’m waiting to try.
I like the Yasai veg personally: makes me feel healthy & vaguely like one of Miyazaki’s mountain villagers…
Katsuo Fumi
Noritamago. I just love tamago anything though! Second favorite is salmon.
Shiso Fumi and umeboshi are my favorites!
I like to make my own, i always add some msg to it whatever else is in there
Y’all giving the wrong answers and not saying nori is crazy.
Honestly just the normal/original one. I had a bonito one as well that I enjoyed too
Aji nori. Also great on deviled eggs!
Aji douraku is my absolute favorite! For those who don’t know, it’s basically katsuobushi with some extra stuff in there.
Wasabi usually but I go back and forth with Ume. Btw, the wasabi flavor is pretty weak in that one compared to others. See if you can find this one if you want a strong wasabi flavor: https://furikake.co/products/marumiya-nori-wasabi-seaweed-and-wasabi-furikake
Nori Komi from TJs!
