Mimic cake

It kinda grosses me out now that I look at it but it’s also kinda whimsical and creepy at the same time. This is a dummy cake and that’s why the frosting has the crinkley look(I assume). This is my first dummy cake I’ve made. Idk if there is anything I could do next time so the frosting doesn’t dry up like that. The tongue is rice krispy treat covered in fondant and then sculpted with a layer or piping gel to give it that wet shiny appearance.
