

Attempted ramen lord's Shoyu and Shio ramen. I didn't do the overnight soak for the tares like he instructs so I think the tares came out not as salty/umami filled as they would have. But overall not too bad. Chicken chashu, marinated egg also made by me. Made a scallion aroma oil as well. I think boiled too long during the scum skim so the broth isn't as clear as it should be.
