A unique autumn gourmet journey will be held through gala dinners and guest bartending events at Westin Chosun Seoul’s “Sushijo.”

Japanese restaurant “Sushijo” will host a gala dinner on November 11th and 12th by inviting Masayatsu Yonemura, owner chef of Japan’s Michelin one-star restaurant “Yonemura.”

Chef Masayatsu Yonemura, a master of Japan’s Innovative Quizin, opened “Yonemura” in Shinmonzen, Kyoto, Japan, following “Restaurant Yonemura,” which has been operated for 25 years until 2019.

He has acquired Michelin stars since 2020 by presenting original Jaffanese French cuisine, which is a combination of French and Japanese food.

The gala dinner will feature a new kaiseki dish with a total of nine courses of French touch, using autumn truffles, pine mushrooms, and Jaechul fish, which are seasonal ingredients in autumn, and high-end ingredients such as Iseevi (Japanese chicken shrimp).

Ba Bo Mi is a place that means to “take a sip and wake up your senses,” and is known as the second bar opened by Ba Cham’s bartender Lim Byung-jin, who ranked 13th in the “2024 Asia Best Bar 50.”

At the guest bartending from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m., you can meet four signature cocktails that Kim Hyun-chul, the owner bartender, mixes “McCallan” with seasonal ingredients under the concept of Korean traditional beauty.

Along with four signature cocktails, you can also order a bottle set that allows you to enjoy one of the four types of McCallan’s 15th and 18th double casks, McCallan Harmony, and McCallan’s 18th sherry cask with cheese and fruit platters. When purchasing the set, we also offer a cocktail made of one type of whiskey of your choice.
