Little hot cocoa shenanigans before we get the shooting started. We are making betta. Busetta with homemade tomatoes from with homemade tomatoes. Oh boy. With tomatoes from the garden, homegrown basil. We’ve got this delicious rosemary loaf that I’ve already taken a sample of. As you can see, you’re going to need balsamic glaze, olive oil, um, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper, chopped garlic. You’re good to go. Preheat that oven to 350°. Preheat that oven to 350° and dice that those tomatoes, garlic, and fresh basil. And set those aside. I got a new knife set. And look, I got this handy dandy little bread slicer. Lifechanging. Okay, I’m just going to say that. So, first things first, you’re just going to slice your also do this if you want if you want to be really goat. Okay. So, you take a fresh clove of garlic. Make sure your hands are clean, obby, and you just rub it on. Look at that. Just rub it on. Next, we’re going to add our chopped basil. The whole thing. Okay. Then, we’re going to add our black pepper and our sea salt. Ooh, look at that. and our black pepper. We need more black pepper. That’s a rule. You can never go wrong with too much black pepper. That’s my motto. Okay, look at that. Starting to look like bruschetta. Okay, a little bit of balsamic. Ooh, look. It just looks so pretty. Can you hear my dog in the background? Look at that. Looks gorgeous. And then we are going to add our the rest of that olive oil. Oh, it’s really looking like bruschetta now, y’all. This is looking It smells Oh my god, it smells so good, you guys. Okay, now we’re going to mix it. All the flavors got to melt together. You know what I mean? Really let it sit. So, while it’s sitting, we’re going to prep our Halloween mazies. Bake those baguette slices for about 5 minutes. All you want to do is toast them. And then you’re going to make your mazy Halloween slices with a Halloween shaped cookie cutter and your mozzarella slices. I sliced them into about half inch slices and they turned out super cute. Next, we are going to make the christini portion of the bruschetta. So on those baguette slices, you just add that delicious tomato mixture. And then you are going to top each slice with your Halloween shaped mozzarella. And then I just used balsamic glaze to dot the eyes on each of my Halloween shapes. How cute did these turn out, you guys? Super easy. takes less than 15 minutes to make and it tastes so good. You guys, these turned out so cute and they are best to be enjoyed immediately. This would be this would be so good on penet pasta. I’m such an Italian. Mhm.
