Went to a Australian/ Japanese salad place in town, attempted to make a copy cat bowl.
Ingredients:
Shredded vegs: lettuce, red cabbage, kale
Carb: sweet potatoes, mixed grain rice
Sides: wakame salad (wakame, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame seed), beetroot
Toppings: furikake, fried shallots, cocktail nuts, chili oil, nori, spring onion
Dressing: store bought hummus + beet juice from beet root (pre-packaged), white sauce (garlic, low fat mayo, honey, salt)
Protein: poached chicken breast
