Côte Brasserie has launched its sell-out collection of Christmas and New Year menus for home delivery. Côte at Home’s festive collection includes full restaurant-quality meals to cook at home.
This year, Executive Chef Steve Allen, whose Michelin-starred career spans Restaurant Gordon Ramsay, Pétrus and Claridge’s – has created a new line-up. The Chateaubriand Feast (£164.95, serves six) is a 1kg cut with all the same trimmings and the new Tartiflette Feast for four (£49.95) pairs Camembert and Fable mushrooms with spiced braised red cabbage and roast vegetables.
For starters there is smoked beetroot-cured salmon (£14.95), chicken liver pâté (£8.95) or Jerusalem artichoke soup (£6.95). For dessert there is Christmas pudding (£14.95), mince pie pain perdu (£8.95), or golden brandy butter madeleines (£11.95).
The Festive Breakfast Box (£67.95) is croissants, jams, granola, sausages, bacon, eggs, fresh orange juice and Crémant de Bourgogne bubbles. The Buffet Box (£76.95) is French cheeses, charcuterie, smoked salmon, potted crab and chicken liver parfait with artisan breads and preserves.
Côte’s Festive Drinks Package (£79.95) includes Buck’s Fizz, Palooza Rouge and a bottle of Port for the cheese course.
The Buffet Box (£76.95, serves 2-4) is a ready-to-serve spread of French cheeses, truffle-laced saucisson, cured ham, smoked salmon, pâté, confits, crackers and olives. For the first 150 orders, Côte has teamed up with Big Potato Games to add a complimentary party game.
Côte’s New Year’s Eve Feast (£169.95 for six / £84.95 for two) begins with beetroot-cured salmon and horseradish cream, followed by British and Irish Côte de Boeuf with gratin dauphinois and black garlic jus, ending with a dark chocolate financier and cherry compote.
