    That glaze looks insane, I can almost taste the crunch and umami. Definitely trying this next time, I always mess up tofu but this looks like it could change my mind.

    That’s amazing looking tofu. What kind of pan do you use? We have to stick to carbon steel because we have a parrot, so no non stick coatings.
