Today we have easy recipe of high protein 
salad, rich in all vitamins and minerals. We need half of the chicken breast 
fillet. Cut into pieces approximately 1 inch (or 2.5 centimeters) thick. We will marinade 
it to make soft and juicy. Need a fork with sharp tines. Pierce each piece of fillet on all 
sides. Add tablespoon of lemon sauce (or juice), and two tablespoons of olive oil. Small 
bunch of salt. And black pepper. We need to mix well and rub the marinade 
into the meat. Leave for 20 minutes. Grill for 25 minutes on 200 degrees.
Meanwhile let’s prepare additional ingredients. 1 medium tomato. Cut into small pieces. And 
medium red bell pepper. Into thin slices. We split up grilled meat into smaller pieces. 
Add tomato and pepper. And 200 grams of canned mushrooms. Choose any mushrooms you 
like. All are nutritious and low in calories. These are maitake. Finally a few 
sprigs of greens you like. Here is coriander. Very small bunch of salt. Black pepper. And 
tablespoon of olive oil. Mix and enjoy!!! Here are nutrient values of our healthy salad.
