Very tasty but won't freeze solid, second photo is 1-2 minutes after scooping. It's almost like soft serve, starts melting immediately. The carton was mushy fresh out of the Publix freezer, and everything else is perfectly frozen in mine. Wondering if it's a fluke or it's meant to be this way since it's not mentioned in the description. Has anyone else tried it?

How long was it in your freezer before scooping? I don’t think there is anything about the line where it should be soft serve like the Blue Bunny line.
That’s odd. I got this flavor and I thought it was perfectly normal. Maybe you should exchange it for a different carton
I also bought this flavor and it wouldn’t freeze. I thought something was wrong with my freezer. It had been in there for several days too and I was able to scoop it as if it had been sitting out for 20-30 minutes.
I had the same issues with mine. I started keeping it in the back of the freezer which helped a little bit, but not completely. I’ve found that Carmel flavored ice creams tend to be a bit sister in general though. At least another Publix pralines flavor was. But still not as soft as this one.
How is the popcorn in it? Is it actually popcorn mix ins?
