


VERY FILLING!! Very customizable – the base is a lot of protein, and I normally add 3-5 ounces of blueberries/raspberries (lots of fiber) or .5-1 ounce mini chocolate chips on top before baking.
I'll have 15g of protein powder mixed with a bit of water to form a thin drizzle on top, and may or may not add a bit more Maple Grove SF Syrup, depending on how sweet I want it. You can obviously mix it up with different flavors of protein as well.
Seriously one of the most filling dishes I've had. Very quick to throw together, easy to do multiples at once, and tastes great hot or cold. Give it a shot.
