Made with 5 different kinds of mushroom, roasted, and topped with some pan seared "scallops" of king oyster mushroom (and some of the leftover roasted mushrooms).

Oh wow… this just hit me in the comfort food feels 😅 I love how you roasted all the mushrooms, roasting really brings out that deep, earthy flavor. And those king oyster “scallops”? At first I actually thought they were real scallops and had a mini brain glitch for a second lol. I also love the idea of tossing the leftover roasted mushrooms on top… honestly, that’s the kind of little touch that makes a dish feel super personal. Now I’m sitting here thinking about making this myself and maybe adding some garlic???? My brain won’t stop imagining the smell. Im officially craving now
