    I’d kill that. Good sear, fat is rendered but I see a bit that is not, & you have a nice reddish pink inside, so that tells me that you’ve nailed medium rare because it is seared well and still pink. That shiz is perfect according to my palate. …and eyeballs, obviously, lol.
