Cy everybody and welcome back to the kitchen. It’s time to make some bread for dinner. So, this is going to be super super easy. Hands down, you’re going to love this. Right, that’s ready to go. So, I’m going to add my flour now. Just plain flour. And give it a mix. And we’re going to have a soft dough. We’re aiming for a soft dough. A little bit sticky. And chuck in a little bit of olive oil. Okay. Once it’s risen, you’re just going to lift it and pull it over. Stretch it and pull it. Make sure you wet your hands because it makes it easier to handle. Then you’re going to cover it up and let it rest again for another 30 minutes until it’s risen again. And you’re going to repeat, repeat, repeat. You’re going to repeat this process twice. Just like this. All right, that looks pretty good. That’s perfect. So, I’ve got my tray here that I’ve put a bit of oil on, and I’m going to tip our dough on. Right, I’m going to let it just settle down a bit. So, I’m going to give it a few minutes or 5 minutes, maybe five minutes. Right, I’ve got my dough here and it is I’ve put a little bit of olive oil on there and we’re ready to make some beautiful [Music] dimples. Look at those gorgeous bubbles there. They’re perfect. In here, I’ve got just some tomatoes, some fresh garlic, um, and some red onion with a little just a little bit of olive oil. And I’m going to pop that on top of break up that springrig of fresh uh rosemary and spread that round. And then pop a bit of salt on top. Hey presto, you are flipping done. Um the oven’s already heated and so pop it into the oven for about 30 minutes until it’s nice and brown. Should look like this. Just pulled that out of the oven. How good does that look? Delicious. Look at that. Absolutely beautiful. That’s our ficasha bread. Easy. Give this recipe a go. It is a little bit timeconuming, but it’s really worth it.
