They had a bit more than cheese, 20 went to barrista out milk coz it was so cheap, and 10 was for the forcemeat. So about 110 on just cheese. I just got home snd tried 5 things. (P.s the hallumi is my partners, the honey cheese is also hers)

  1. Terrine was good, i will by this again i dont know what to say other than tastes like what it looks like, meat, nuts, yum.

2 the blue was by far my favourite cheese ive tried. Its strong in fllavpjr, cheddary, bitey, a little creamy, with a beautiful pungunt taste that is recognisable from start to finish. Statts off a little more su tle with the blue notes but is quite noticbley there, but is a littlw atronger at the end and lingers at the back of thw tongue.

3 i dont know what it was, but the fluffy one was very good. Creamy, salty, a little sweet, with a lkttlw extta funky something in the backround. Very pleasant, and can see myself enjkying kver the summer.

4 the stracciatella. I already know i like it. Its like chunky, creamy, salty goodness. I will never get sick of it. Little buttery too.

5 the small square one in the backround, was a goat and ewe cheese. Pleasanr cheese, good for pasta or a salad.. or to just snack like most cheese😆. Salty, with a mind goaty flavour. Similiar to fetta but harder and dryier.

Im in bed and not getting back up becouse i walked 2km with a big bag of groceries. I am not fit either, im dead and my arms are shaking.

Recomend me more cheeses and ill see what i can get, as this will probabky be gone in 2 weeks from now hehehehe.
