Warm, creamy, nostalgic, this rice pudding is the kind of comfort dessert that brings everyone back to the table. Just a few simple ingredients and you got something special. I’m using three cups of milk and three cups of cooked white rice/3 cup of sugar/4 teaspoon of salt 1 and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla paste. It’s always a good idea to taste this to see if you need any more sweetener. Nope. Mine’s perfect. Bring this to a high simmer and then lower for 10 to 12 minutes. Stir occasionally so the rice doesn’t stick. Toss in a pad of butter for added creaminess. Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg or raisins if you like it classic. Rice pudding never goes out of style. Enjoy.
