
In town for the weekend and had to try Texas’s #2 ranked BBQ in the state, according to Texas Monthly! Pictured is $175 worth of BBQ, and yes, it is absolutely worth the price.
Meats: Smoked Beef Cheeks, fatty Brisket, Chicken Drumsticks, Jalapeño Cheese Chorizo Sausage and pulled Whole Hog.
Sides: Chori-Papas, Frito Pie, Grain Bow Salad.

Their vegetable offerings are fantastic as well.
Looks amazing. How were the cheeks? I made them last week but would love to try the real thing. I also need to try their bacon rib.
