    This is called Dasida.
You use this in substitute of using seafood or anchovy broth.
    Kinda like seafood bouillon.

Good for soups or stews! You can also use it for sauces.

    Seafood daenjang jjigae.
    Agui(Angler fish) jjim
    Seafood jjigae (tang)
    Blue crab jjim
    Pollack jjigae
    And so on.
Any seafood based soupydish would be good.

    Even knife noodles with clams,

1/4 teaspoon in your Bloody Mary if you’re out of Clamato.

It’s called flavoured MSG. You can get it all sorts. Best to get basic MSG and do the flavouring yourself if you can be bothered.

I saw a suggestion of adding dasida, just like a 1/4 tsp of it, to your soybean sprouts banchan to add a little more flavor.

Homemade ramen soup broth for nights you don’t feel like cooking! Basically, think of it like Cajun seasoning mix: use for added flavor, but has a lot of salt.
