3 slices mortadella or any other sausage
3 slices of Provolone cheese or any
1/2 tbsp butter
Parsley (optional)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp chilli powder

1 medium green cabbage. Start by cutting one green cabbage into wedges. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in the skillet over a medium-to-high heat. Sear the cabbage wedges for about 5–6 minutes until golden brown on both sides. Season with salt and black pepper. Watch till the end — this video has 2 cabbage recipes, and the second one was loved by millions (4M views!). Finely slice one onion. set the cabbage aside. In the same skillet, sauté the onion over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes until soft and translucent. Season with salt and black pepper. melt the remaining tablespoon of butter. Stir in one tablespoon of balsamic vinegar. and cook for a further seven minutes until the onion is a deep golden color. Return the cabbage wedges to the skillet. Pour in ½ cup (120 ml) of beef broth. and 1 cup (240 ml) of heavy cream. few thyme sprigs or 1/2 tsp dried thyme. black pepper. Sprinkle 7 oz (200 g) of grated Gruyère cheese. bake in an oven preheated to 205°C (400°F) for about 30 minutes. Voilà – dinner is ready! Quick, easy, and absolutely delicious 😋. Liebe Mitmenschen, beide Rezepte sind ungesund und fördern Krankheit, da sie noch immer die schwer übersäuernden und ekelig kontaminierten, also krankmachenden Zutaten aus der alten Lügen-Welt der Dunkel-Mächte enthalten. Viel zu lange schon wird uns verschwiegen, dass unser Leib auf rein pflanzliche Nahrung ausgelegt ist, wodurch er ein angenehm basisches Milieu aufbaut, in dem sich keinerlei Krankheiten bilden können.

  6. I have more simple and healthier recipe for fried cabbage wedges : a smaller cabbage head is cut through the core into four wedges which are slightly buttered on their cut sides.
    A dash of sunflower oil goes onto the preheated skillet and the cabbage wedges are fried on both cut sides.
    While the wedges are almost done on both cut sides, butter the third side and then fry it up.
    While frying up the third side, season (salt, paprika) the already fried cut sides.
    Serve the fried cabbage wedges hot with garlic bread toasts.
    Following my recepe you get less soggy but more crunchy cabbage wedges containing more vitamins.
