Serves 2: -1 pita, sliced in half Chips: -400g of uncooked potato -2 tsp of aromat seasoning -1 tsp of olive oil
Chicken marinade: -200g of uncooked chicken breast, diced -2 cloves of garlic, minced -1 tsp of paprika -1 tsp of cumin -1/2 tsp of chilli powder -Squeeze of lemon juice -15g of natural Greek style yoghurt -Salt/pepper -1 tsp of olive oil
Tzatziki: -2 heaped tbsp of natural Greek yoghurt -1 baby cucumber, grated and water removed -2 mint leaves, chopped -1 clove of garlic, minced -Squeeze of lemon -1 tsp of olive oil -Salt/pepper
Greek salad: -5 cherry tomatoes, quartered -2 baby cucumbers, sliced -1/2 red onion, thinly sliced -5-6 olives -1/2 tsp of dried dill -50g of feta cheese, crumbled -1 tsp of olive oil
Method: 1. Slice the potatoes into thin strips. Place in a pot of boiling water and par boil for 5 minutes. 2. Drain once done. Season with aromat and oil. Air fry at 200 C for 18-20 minutes. 3. Marinate the chicken breast with the garlic, paprika, cumin, chilli powder, lemon, yoghurt, salt/pepper and oil. Mix well and let sit for at least 30 minutes. 4. Heat a pan on medium heat, add the chicken and fry for 10-15 minutes until browned. 5. Mix the tzatziki ingredients together until smooth. 6. Mix the Greek salad ingredients together until smooth. 7. Assemble each bowl with chips, Greek salad, chicken, tzatziki and half a pita.
