This is so creamy,
smooth and authentic. Once you try homemade hummus, there’s no
going back to store bought and good news, you can either use
canned chickpeas or cook them from scratch. Making your own
hummus is so easy, it literally comes together in a blender.
Besides the chickpeas, there is one super important ingredient
called tahini, and the right tahini matters for the most
authentic flavor. You can see which tahini I love by checking
out the hummus recipe post on natashaskitchen.com tahini is
what creates that creamy texture and gives it a rich, nutty
flavor. If you’re wondering if you can skip the tahini, the
answer is no, do not skip the tahini. But good news, it’s
really easy to source. Let that blend together until everything
is completely smooth, and you’ll end up with the most luxurious
hummus dip. Find this recipe for hummus on natashaskitchen.com
