Sausage, Egg, Biscuit and Gravy Casserole. Breakfast or brunch, this casserole is perfect for a weekend or a meal prep for the week. You can use any baking dish for this casserole.
Ingredients:
1 can Biscuit, 6-7 Eggs, 1 bag Cheese, 1 roll Sausage
In a greased pan stretch and lay half of the biscuits (beat your eggs with seasoning, milk)
Start layering: sausage, cheese, eggs, repeat……
Make your gravy (flour, salt, pepper, milk) whisk until thickens
Add to the pan covering the other ingredients completely.
Top with a little more cheese and bake 25-35 minutes (depends on baking dish used)
Remove from oven, sprinkle parsley on top, slice and enjoy.
For meal prep, slice and place in container. Store in refrigerator for 3-5 days. Reheat and eat throughout the week.
