Beautiful photo, the colors are great! I am from Minnesota so naturally I’m a poke expert, lol… I don’t see any onions, need some scallions and sweet yellow onions! I also like edemame, avacado, seseme seeds and eel sauce on my poke… if it’s a bowl it needs sushi rice. my family also likes poke nachos, put a perfect bite on a tortilla chip for an appetizer.
