Hey everyone, welcome to my channel in my kitchen. Today I have a hearty soup recipe for you. I’ll show you the inside of this soup for the less fortunate and then we’ll dive right into the recipe steps. In my pot, I have seven cups of water and I’ve brought it to a boil. Now I’m adding one cup of egg noodles to it. Let’s give it a quick stir to make sure they don’t stick together. Then we’ll let it boil for 5 minutes. To my boiling egg noodles, I’m adding one cup of cooked green lentils and one cup of cooked chickpeas and one cup of cooked chickpeas. Let’s give it a little mix. If you prefer, you can also make this soup with about a/3 of a cup of each ingredient. Feel free to adjust the quantities to your liking. I’m letting this simmer for another 56 minutes. While our soup is simmering, let’s prepare the sauce. In my mixing bowl, I’m adding 1.5 cups of yogurt. I’m adding one egg yolk to it and one tablespoon of flour. And I’m mixing it all up nicely with my whisk. Let’s ladle about two cups of the soup’s broth into our sauce. While stirring the sauce, we’ll gradually add it to the soup to temper it. Keep stirring as you add. We’ll let this simmer for another 10 minutes. While the soup is cooking, let’s prepare the topping. In my pan, I’ve got 2 three tablespoons of vegetable oil. I’m adding 1 tbsp of butter. Then 1 teaspoon of paprika and about 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes. Now for the soup, I’m adding one teaspoon of salt. And then I’ll pour my sauce right over the top. There you have it. Our delicious and restorative soup is ready to serve. I really encourage you to give it a try. It’s an amazing flavor. A fantastic soup, especially for these cold months. It’s a soup that will warm you up. I’m turning off the heat
