Ingredients

1 lemon
1 handful of pistachios
18-20 Brussel sprouts
2 tbsp olive oil
85g (3 oz) arugula
Juice of half a lemon
Zest of half a lemon
3 tbsp crema balsamic vinegar
Some grated Parmesan cheese
8 slices of grated Parmesan cheese
