Hi, and welcome to Cindy’s Pampered Kitchen. Today we are going to cook roasted cauliflower. And I’d like you to take a good look at I’ve got a cup of well, not a cup, a package of cut up cauliflower flowers right here. And I’ve got my olive oil. Going to dump some of that. Measure with your heart. Into my container here. Let’s preheat the oven. Let’s go over here and preheat the oven. We’re going to use the Pampered Chef oven. Yes, that is a big dog laying at my feet. No, he will not get out of my way. We’re going to set it at confection bake. And we’re going to do it for 30 minutes at 350. While that’s preheating, we’ll come back over here and we’re going to take the oil that we have and we’re going to put some salt in it. Good teaspoon. Again, I always measure with my heart. I’m not overly I’m a huge fan of the Celtic sea salt. I think everybody should use this particular salt. And I’m going to put in oh approximately a tablespoon of Pampered Chef’s garlic parmesan spice. So now we’re going to stir that up. Get it all good and stirred. And we’re going to pour this over our cauliflower. [Music] We’re going to coat the cauliflower with this until it’s completely coated so that every piece has a little bit of oil on it. Dropped a piece of cauliflower on the floor. We’ll see if the dog likes it. Probably not. So, when I have this all good and coated, that looks pretty good. Going to put them on a cookie sheet or a baking sheet. Now, you got to spread these things out a little bit. You don’t want them cooking close together. So, when you cook them close together, you’ll steam it, not roast it. And we want roasted Okay, let’s get this all spread out. Dishes go to the sink. Wash my hands cuz I can’t stand having dirty hands. Okay. So, now we’ve got this tray. And like I said, we do not want them close together cuz we want them to roast, not steam from each other. So, I’m going to put those in my oven. It’s not quite preheated, but I’m going to put those in my Pampered Chef little oven over here. And it’s when it hits the halfway point, we will flip them. All right. So, they are cooking. So, we will take a break and we will wait for the halfway point to ding and I will be right back. Okay, with the magic of video, we are back and I want to show you again the spices that I use. Celtic sea salt, garlic parmesan by Pampered Chef, and of course, olive oil. Now, you can use any spice that you want. I have made this before with the olive oil, Ros’s lime juice, and Frank’s hot sauce. That’s really good. But I still have cancer mouths. So I don’t tend to use that very often right now just because I have enough blisters I don’t need to put hot sauce in them. But any spice you like works really well in this. Okay, our time is almost up to flip them. And yes, the dog is still on the floor. He’s not going anywhere because it’s getting close to 5:00 and he demands to be fed at 5. All right, let’s pull this out and let’s use a pot holder from here. Going to pull it all the way out to flip it. Normally, I just sort of take a scoop and flip them in the while they’re in the oven, but in order to show you, we’re going to do it right here. All right, let’s move the camera so you can see the cauliflower. It’s roasting up pretty good. Zoom it in a little bit. Grab a little tong and just flip them over. Now, I’ve occasionally sprinkled at this point a little bit of breadcrumbs on these, but we’re not trying to add anything real fancy today. We’re just making garlic parmesan ones. And the beep just went off telling me to flip my phone. During the break, I took the time to put my dishes in my kitchen sink. So, or from my sink to my dishwasher because while we have little breaks, it’s also very good time to clean things up. Okay, Barney, I’m behind you. This is not for you. [Music] It’s got another 14 minutes to cook. So, I’m going to stop it again and we’ll be back. Okay, we’re going to take it out. There’s about five minutes left to go. We’re going to take it out again. They’re starting to look absolutely yummy. Now I’m going to stir them up a little bit with a spatula. All right. And I’m going to add I stirred them up a little bit. And let me move the camera so you can see them. Obviously not real good with this camera. And I’m going to put some Parmesan cheese on them. Everything tastes better with Parmesan cheese. They’re going to do the last five minutes in the oven with the Parmesan cheese in it. And they’re back in the oven for the last five minutes. Now, this is When I take the time again to clean a little bit, dirty dishes go in the dishwasher. We got about five more minutes. Totally yummy. I can’t wait for them to be done. And the dog left the kitchen. And he moved a little further away. He’s still eyeballing me cuz it is, you know, a half hour to his feeding time and I should have the food bowls out by now. We are getting ready to take the pan out of the oven now. Um, they turned out absolutely fantastic. We’ll set them down here on a trivet and we will plate them up. There we go. So, here we go. We now have a nice little plate of garlic roasted cauliflower. Very simple side dish for dinner. [Music] Now, I will post a link if you’re interested in getting the air fryer because it’s an absolutely wonderful oven. I can’t imagine my life without it. Um, I do think it is a bit expensive. So, if you would like to get it at a discount, you have to host a party and you can get it for 60% off. I will post a link to do that as well because I’d be happy to help you with that. If you have a party, I do all the work. We do it on Facebook and if you sell $200 worth of stuff, you can get that for 60% off. Plus, you can get, depending on your sales, a lot of free stuff. So, let me know. Thank you for watching. Again, this is Cindy’s Pampered Kitchen.
