The NTX Hot Sauce Festival was last weekend.
35 or so Texas based companies.
First photo is the 10 bottles that I bought. (And a free sample of hot ketchup from MadMan sauce out of Austin.)
A few from Fxcking Hot Sauce out of Mesquite, TX.
A few from Hardcore Hot Sauce out of Houston.
A few from T0tSauce from Wylie (I believe?)
And a few other bottles from other companies.
The second photo is the 15 bottles of different sauces and some seasoning from all different companies that I won in a silent auction benefitting a dog rescue group.
$85 bid won that one, and I’m loving what I’ve gotten so far.
