Pollo Con Mole Poblano. I haven't always been the biggest fan of Licha's — their meat is sometimes a little too gamey for my taste — but they do get their mole right. And they're the only restaurant I've found in ATX that has more than one variety of mole. My dining companion ordered the Enchiladas Mole Verde (not pictured), and it was equally delicious.
