i bought a piece of sashimi grade salmon at the japanese supermarket for ~8 dollars and made some sushi rice. There are two more plates of this of equal size. Total cost was like 9 dollars – i should be doing this more often. Also, I think i should learn to cut the fish better but wow this was so delicious for so cheap.
