    Wow it’s crazy to me a ribeye that lean is $19 a pound… although also I guess that is about what it would go for in my area too. I wait for the door buster sale prices for steaks these days and I’ve gotten some good deals.

    That said it looks like you cooked it perfectly and I bet it was tender and delicious. I guess birthdays don’t wait for sales anyway.
