Would love to see each one of them reviewed in r/rameninjapan!

I have some opinions on some of them

Oh dang didn’t realise Kohaku had an Ikebukuro branch, might have to visit when I’m in the area in a few months

This is one of the best ramen posts so far, did you have to wait a long time for most of them? Definitely will have these spots bookmarked!

You must be a walking salt shaker and I’m quietly impressed but scared for you at the same time.

After my heart attack the dietician shared bunch of information. So much of her content aimed at typical Japanese HA patient was about reducing salt. Men on average eat 10.8g per day!! The materials suggest those with high blood pressure aim for 6g/day. WHO, AHA etc advise to keep to less than 5g

My BP is fine and my salt intake lower than 5g but seeing some of the numbers is a wake up call.

FWIW, I had Ramen the day of my heart attack and had cycled about 25km 🥺

Are there multiple mutekiya ramen? I ate there in 2018 and it was the best ramen I ever had. Tried to go back new years day and it was closed.
