We’re going to turn this into an epic salad. The first time I saw this salad go viral, I’ll be honest, I thought it was weird. I’ve never made a salad with cabbage where I chopped it up into confetti and then proceeded to dice up the cucumbers the same way. The amount of onion was surprising, but stick with me. Also chopped up the same way. And seriously, who cuts a salad like this? And of course, I couldn’t resist adding a creamy avocado. And we’re going to dice it up the same way so everything is the same size. Yes, this looks nothing like a salad. Also, the original recipe from Baked by Melissa does not have avocado, but trust me, it’s so good. Here, I finished that off with my homemade green goddess dressing, which makes every bite so tasty. If you’ve been on the fence about making green goddess salad, try it. You won’t regret it. Okay, now you can serve this as a side salad, but Baked by Melissa made this famous serving it with tortilla chips. So, let’s dig in. Oh, that’s

  5. Green onions are the ONLY onions I can eat that much of lol looks so good. And oh! I just got an idea for another green ingredient that would probably work well for this recipe: chopped pistachios!
