Ingredients:
• Chicken thighs (skin-on, bone-in recommended)
• Keg Chicken & Rib Seasoning (or your favorite spice mix)
• 3–4 cloves chopped garlic
• 1 tsp oil (for searing)
• 1/4 cup chicken stock (or 1 tsp chicken bouillon powder mixed with hot water)
• Potatoes (optional — sliced thin for faster cooking)

Instructions:
• Clean the chicken thighs and make deep cuts on both sides to help the seasoning absorb better.
• Rub the spice mix generously all over the chicken, making sure it gets into the cuts.
• Add chopped garlic and rub again for extra flavor.
• Heat a little oil in a pan.
• Sauté 1 tsp chopped garlic until fragrant.
• Place the chicken thighs skin side down and sear on medium-high heat for 4–5 minutes until golden.
• Flip the thighs and pour in a little chicken stock (or the bouillon mix).
• Add sliced potatoes around the chicken for a full one-pan meal.
• Transfer everything to a baking dish (if needed).
• Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20–30 minutes, flipping the chicken halfway through for even cooking.
• Serve & Enjoy with salad or rice 🥔

Quick Tip: You can skip the searing step if you’re in a hurry — just season, add stock, and bake directly.
