



I've been lurking for a while and felt like making a post, hi. Burnt more calories than usual so I opted for a higher cal dinner than i had planned (tuna caesar salad). I don't have the math done for other macros, I really should do that huh lol
BREAKFAST (-minus orange juice)
- pumpkin spice yogurt 192.5
- homemade pumpkin spice bread ~196*
LUNCH
- mediterranean veggie mini tacos 323.5
- dill pickle 0
SNACK
- simple tiramisu 315
DINNER
- garden caprese 348.5
I didn't add whatever calories come from 70g sourdough discard… next batch of tiramisu I'm gonna cut the mascarpone which would take 60 cal off each serving but might change the texture, idk (also gonna make a lemon orange one).
