Details on method: all deep fried 350 for 16 mins. Wet Cajun is a mix of butter, Frank’s, fresh garlic, horseradish, Cajun spices. BBQ is sweet baby rays and cut with butter, vinegar, worchestershire, spices. My brother in law made the Berbere so I don’t have details but they were awesome. Nine Eleven clone is franks, bbq, parm chz, spices.
