



My wife and I love Interstellar BBQ in Austin. It’s the one place that my wife is always willing to go and line up for. Truth be told I never line up in the mornings for BBQ anymore. Most places you can pre-order now. But my wife loves their peach glazed smoked pork belly, so we go every few months. Today they were running a cold smoked tomahawk steak and we just had to do it. Their sides are always on point. Gouda Mac, smoked scalloped potatoes, and jalapeño slaw. Today there was a bunch of international folks in the restaurant, most likely in town for F1. Glad they were able to experience some top notch Texas BBQ while they were visiting!
