My budget started around 1700 😭 it keeps bumping me down. I'm 4'11.8" (so basically 5 feet). I only just found out that I'm not actually a true 5 feet and that was honestly shattering. Lol.

Hopefully this works 🤞🏻🙂

One of us, one of us! It takes a while to adjust but it becomes a lot easier over time and practice 🙂

  2. You can do it, just give yourself the easy ‘cheats’ – especially going into the colder season things like roasted veggies and soup, and roasted veggies in soup.

A whole quart (4 cups) of egg drop soup is 260 calories (and lots of salt, but low cal). You can add roasted/steamed/raw veggies to that, and an easy protein like shrimp and still have about 2/3rds of your daily calories left.

tbh if you wanna increase your budget, try exercising more. By exercise I mean strength train, and no you wont become bulky because for women it takes many YEARS to gain the “so much muscle theyll be bulky” with intensive training

Imo strength train 3-4 a week, start with 3, find what you like whether it’s using dumbells or machines.

Added bonus, when you *do* have some more muscles, you burn more calories at rest (:
