son was taken to hospital Friday night so missed out on a roast Sunday, I made it today for when the missus brought him home! First time I done the roasties she usually does them 😅

I’ve started to just have roast potatoes and a whole dish of cauliflower and broccoli cheese with them, she has pork loins I have lamb chops and the loins she don’t want 🤤
