Before you say it, I know, it's just water through coffee grounds with a bit of pressure. Still, these machines are pretty amazing. I just received the Titus grinder and it's cold from shipping so I can't say much about it other than it looks great. I've been pulling shots side by side between the Spiritello & the Slayer experiencing the differences. The lever is much more forgiving, seemingly finding a way to make every shot taste great regardless of the grind & prep. The Slayer is a bit more picky. Over the next while I'll compare the Titus to the Weber grinders and figure out what I'm going to do. My goal is to sell both Webers & just keep the Titus. It should easily meet my needs but for now it will be fun to see how the grinders compare. I plan to keep both the Slayer & the Spiritello & end my journey here, just enjoying great espresso.

If anyone is interested in a V2 EG-1 and a Mk2 Key shoot me a msg and we can talk. I'm in BC, Canada

Congratulations. The DRM and Kees are end game.

  2. Bruh, I’d do the same if I had the cash to burn. Very cool.

tell me this is your coffee kitchen, and these are not your only counters

  4. Geez, very impressive. I don’t have a setup nearly this cool, but I can’t recommend having two grinders enough. I love having one dialed for traditional spro and one for lightly roasted stuff. Maybe keep *one* of the Webers…

  5. Do you by chance have money trees on your property? Interesting observation on the level, do you find that can apply to all levers? With all my trps to naples, I can’t say i’m not attracted to them.

  6. Congrats. I guess time to find a new hobby and money sink 😂

The average cost of a new car in the US for the first half of 2025 was around $48,700.00.

Machines in the first photo, if purchased new, would cost $48,613.00 before taxes.

I can’t believe the Spiritello is smaller than the Slayer. I never see them size by side so it was hard to imagine before this.

congrats! pretty much finished the hobby as far as gear is concerned 🙂 maybe la marzocco strada x1 to complete the collection?

I am looking forward to hearing about the titus grinder. I am really curious to hear info from somebody who tested all the best stuff.

Oh, man. That Titus grinder looks SHINY! I just snagged the cousin of that Key, the HG-1 Prime. I’m excited to put it through its paces.

  13. One thing’s for sure, you certainly spent a lot of money.

  14. That prison commissary sure has some nice machines.

Where are you supposed to store your k-cup and nespresso pods?

Why did you bring your coffee set up to your local high school chem lab?

Guy buys 2 most expensive single group machines on the market then goes on to buy 2 of the most expensive grinders. Then says, endgame achieved.

    Therapy was also an option

All you need now is a window in that jail cell

Time to quit this sub before the definition of end game changes when new toys release.

No you are not. Something new will drop.

Got the Weber grinder first, was the best investment I ever did!

  23. we all know this is a lie, regardless of your financial situation and how good ur current endgame is. Enjoy your setup before the inevitable upgeaditus hit.

So this is what I could afford if I didn’t have so many kids.

Love the machines. Congrats. On grinders I am impressed with the Kafatek line. Regarding machines, I was about to go for the slayer steam but after trying the Flair 58 plus 2 that my son gave me, I am now in doubts thinking that I may not find anything better. I used to have the ECM Synchronika and I was super happy but I don’t know why, the flair is amazing, forgiving, easy, etc. All coffees no matter which are coming from good to great. I don’t get it
