We had habaneros that we stuffed with goat cheese and beet. They were delicious (if you like goat cheese, etc).

This is a crazy coincidence. I literally just did cream-cheese bacon wrapped ghost peppers this weekend.
The air fry definitely decreased the overall spiciness, but they were still plenty hot (and also delicious)
